Cancellations Any cancellations made will incur a 25% cancellation charge. In the event of a non-arrival on the day, the full cost will be charged.
Security All visitors will be required to sign in on arrival.
Damage to the Chamber or its equipment It is the responsibility of those hiring the facilities to take care of, and not cause, permit or suffer any damage to premises, equipment, ? xtures or ? ttings during the period of hire. The hirer will be liable for any repair costs.
Personal Property We regret that the Medi-Spa cannot be held responsible for the security of property belonging to those using the facilities, though obviously we shall do all we can to look after any property, and provide lockers and keys for 15. The Medi-Spa bene? ts from sound security measures.
Use of Training Room If you wish to install or use any additional/specialist software/hardware, you will need to request permission before you attend. We advise you to carry out any necessary installations/tests at least one day prior to
attending.
Use of Hirer’s Own Equipment Any material or equipment brought in by delegates must comply with all the current and relevant regulations. Consent for the use of such materials and/or equipment should be sought from the Medi-Spa. In the event of any problem, you will be liable for any damage or injury arising from the use of the equipment or materials that have been brought with you, unless this was caused by the negligence or bad faith of the Medi-Spa or its employees. Hirers own equipment must be covered by their own insurance.
Smoking The Medi-Spa has a no smoking policy enforced throughout the building and garden area for the comfort of everyone. This needs to be relayed to all attendees.
Food & Catering The Medi-Spa operates a vegetarian health oriented approach to catering, and is a meat and alcohol free zone. Under no circumstances should any food or beverages be taken into the training rooms. We can recommend excellent caterers who can comply with these requirements if necessary.
Email Marketing Email information must be submitted 30 days in advance of the event to guarantee it will reach our database of 6000 recipients, or 2000 Media contact.
