Andrew Swart practises holistically as an
integrative coaching psychologist, registered with the HPCSA as a counselling
psychologist. He is currently doing a doctorate in Consulting Psychology,
researching the use of biofeedback in coaching.
He is especially interested in
facilitating optimal performance and flow, cross-culturally in the career
development of high functioning people at individual,
group and organisational levels.
He
worked as Senior Counsellor and Head of the Counselling and Careers Unit of the
University of the Witwatersrand for 15 years after completing his M.A. in
Psychology of Education at the University of London.
He carries the experience of having co-founded and administered the Centre for Holistic Development in 2001, a succesful organisational and welness development consultancy that catered for over 50 organisations and 300,000 staff throughout Africa.
He has been in private
practice since 1996.
